The Labor Court accepted the position of Elad municipality and issued a restraining order against the warning strike announced by the Workers' Committee chairperson and the Histadrut labor union. The municipality claimed that this was an unjustified strike, as 15 days had not yet passed since the labor dispute was declared. The workers, who declared a labor dispute claiming there was interference in procedures and protesting security cameras placed in front of and near restrooms, sought to begin a two-hour strike. Following the order, the brief strike was canceled and all municipal departments and divisions will operate as usual.
