Hamas military wing spokesman Abu Obeida said that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu refused Hamas' proposal to release all hostages. In a recorded statement, his first since March 6 this year, he said that if a ceasefire agreement is not reached in the current negotiations, Hamas will not necessarily agree to partial deals later.
