Education Minister Yoav Kisch said the education system in the Greater Tel Aviv area and in the north is expected to remain closed, and according to him, "the issue of partial reopening is not at all relevant" due to the security situation. Regarding the possibility of a gradual reopening in other places, Kisch emphasized that in order to open the education system on Sunday, advance instructions are required that will allow the system to prepare, at least 24 hours in advance. If the instructions are received only on Saturday night, the opening of educational institutions in the approved areas will be possible on Monday.
