Amid threats from Israel and the U.S. against Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, Hezbollah issued an official statement saying, "It appears that some influential figures in their countries are unaware of Khamenei's great status. Death threats are foolish, reckless and have severe consequences. These statements are an insult to hundreds of millions of believers." The Shiite terrorist organization added, "The U.S. will discover it has fallen into a deep abyss due to its support for Israeli attacks against Gaza, the resistance in the region and Iran."
