UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres addressed the humanitarian aid situation in Gaza, stating that 'for almost two full months, Israel has blocked food, fuel, medicine and commercial goods from entering Gaza. In doing so, it has denied life-saving assistance to more than two million people.' He wrote on his X account: 'Aid is not negotiable. Israel must protect civilians, agree to aid plans and implement them.'
