A foreign worker, approximately 35 years old, was killed by a heavy object while working at a construction site near the Acre East junction. An MDA team pronounced him dead at the scene. MDA paramedic Nour al-Halifa said: "We saw the worker lying unconscious without a pulse and without breathing with heavy bleeding. We performed medical examinations but his injury was severe and we were forced to pronounce him dead at the scene."
