Deni Avdija became the first Israeli ever in the NBA playoffs after single-handedly leading Portland to a 112-110 road victory over Phoenix in the play-in. Avdija scored no less than 41 points alongside 12 assists and critical baskets in money time. The Israeli forward also added seven rebounds, two blocks and five turnovers.
