A hearing was held at the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court regarding the publication of the identity of the suspect in the rape of Shay-Lee Atari and Naama Shahar. The judge suggested referring the suspect for evaluation by the district psychiatrist. Atari shared during the hearing that she 'feels like there's duct tape over my mouth. I still can't tell my family—no one knows who he is.' She told the suspect's attorney, 'Your client stalked me in a way that is unacceptable, he never thought about what he did.'
