The foreign ministers of France, Britain and Germany called on their Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi "to return to diplomacy" - and to avoid any regional or nuclear escalation. This was reported by a French diplomatic source. "The ministers called on Iran to return to the negotiating table as soon as possible, without preconditions," said the source, who called on Tehran "to avoid any direct confrontation against Western interests."
