Yair Vilansky, a 9th-grade student from Ma'alot-Tarshiha, is the teen who was killed in an unexploded ordnance blast during a school trip. Yair, of blessed memory, was a student at ORT Ma'alot High School Yeshiva and was the youngest of five siblings. His family said he was "a child of life. Smart and wise, full of joy, a good and beloved friend, whose entire future was still ahead of him."
