An IDF soldier was lightly hurt early Monday from gunfire on the northern part of the Israel-Egypt border.
The IDF believes this was errant fire from the fighting across the border between the Egyptian army and the Islamic State's (ISIS) Sinai branch.
The IDF did not return fire. The soldier was taken to the Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva for treatment.
