The Ministry of Interior is set to publish the annual property tax adjustment rate for 2026, which will stand at 1.626%. The adjustment rate is fixed in the Arrangements Law and is not subject to Interior Minister Moshe Arbel's discretion. Nevertheless, the minister announced that he does not intend to approve requests for exceptional property tax increases beyond the rate fixed by law.
