IAEA: Iran violating its nuclear obligations - first time in 20 years

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has passed an official resolution declaring Iran in violation of its nuclear obligations. According to diplomats in the organization, this is the first time in 20 years. The resolution passed with a majority of 19 votes in favor, three against, and 11 abstentions.
