Palestinians allegedly tried to assault Supreme Court justice

Police launched an investigation into a report filed by Supreme Court Justice David Mintz, who said Palestinians tried to attack him on Monday morning.

According to the police, Mintz was driving on Route 463 when he was stopped near Talmon, an Israeli settlement in the West Bank, by a Palestinian vehicle blocking his path.
Three Palestinians then came out of the car and advanced towards the justice armed with hammers.

Upon seeing the three Palestinians, Mintz was able to drive around their vehicle and get away.
It is unclear whether the suspects knew who was the driver they stopped.
