Following the death of three civilians hit by Iranian missiles during the barrages yesterday and last night, the Home Front Command is expected to produce four new alert stages for citizens: Preliminary readiness for barrage - 15-30 minutes before, citizens will receive a notification to their phone via app to prepare to stay near a protected space; Preliminary instruction - a loud alert based on SMS by location when a barrage launch is identified, about 10 minutes in advance; Regular sirens - a minute and a half before; and Improved release - the instruction will not be to remain in shelters until further notice, but rather a full release with a message from the Home Front Command.
