The Tel Aviv District Court convicted strategic consultant Tzachi Lieber in the submarines affair. Lieber was convicted of brokering a bribe in the naval vessels deal after receiving 93,000 shekels from Miki Ganor to transfer as a bribe to David Sharan, who currently serves as director-general of Likud. The indictment against Lieber was handled separately from the main indictment in Case 3000.
