Matan Peretz, a friend of Staff Sgt. Negev Dagan who fell in southern Lebanon, said in an interview with the Ynet studio that "Negev told me last weekend that 'there will be a scary 28-day deployment,' and that he was going to be in a dangerous place, they were going to take his phone away and that he might not come out of it. He had concerns about this deployment." Oren Shivach, another friend of Dagan, was interviewed in the Ynet studio and shared: "I had a chance to talk to him over the weekend. He was different.
