A federal court in the United States has once again blocked the presidential order signed by President Donald Trump, which was intended to limit citizenship granted by virtue of a person's birth in the country. The court invalidated the enforcement of the order following petitions from migrant rights organizations that sought to give their request class action status - on behalf of all migrant children whose citizenship could be affected if the order takes effect.
