The Ministry of Education has formulated a framework for ending the high school academic year, according to which students will receive their diplomas after a personal conversation in an online graduation ceremony. Schools will hold online graduation ceremonies via live broadcast, recorded or combined formats, after which approximately 850,000 high school students will officially begin their summer vacation.
