Ayala Hasson responded to the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation's condemnation of her, in which it was claimed that no one dictated the text of her apology following her remarks about Bedouin women. Hasson wrote on X that "News Director Lior Landenberg dictated to me an apology text that distorts my words and attributes to them meanings they did not have, and demanded that I read it on air as a condition for my appearance (and this after I had already apologized more than once)." Hasson attached screenshots and added: "It's hard not to wonder why the corporation's ethical standards change according to the identity of the journalist."
