Indictment: Two ISIS supporters from the south planned terror attacks against civilians and IDF

|
The prosecution submitted an indictment to the Be'er Sheva District Court against Muhammad al-Ma'abda (20) from Arara in the Negev and Muhammad Kabua (18) from Kuseife for identifying with ISIS values and conspiring to carry out terrorist activities against civilians and IDF soldiers. According to the indictment, during a meeting in 2023, the two shared their support for ISIS ideology with each other. Against the background of fighting in the Gaza Strip, al-Ma'abda decided to express his support for ISIS, and about a month ago, sent a friend a proposal to carry out an attack before Eid al-Adha, and the friend expressed willingness to participate in the planning.
