PM's Office: Security for Netanyahu's residences in current term cost $127 million

|
The Prime Minister's Office revealed that between 2023 and 2026, 127 million shekels were paid for security at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's residences. In 2025 alone, 72.5 million shekels were paid, six times more than in 2022 during Naftali Bennett and Yair Lapid's tenure. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu attacked his predecessor in office about four years ago, saying that 'Bennett renovated his private home in Ra'anana for 50 million shekels. Watch Ila Hasson's investigation.' In contrast, the Prime Minister's Office confirmed that the security for Bennett's home was half the amount reported — about 25 million shekels.
