OpenAI addressed the ongoing outage in the ChatGPT artificial intelligence service, which has been occurring since the morning hours. The company confirmed it is a widespread issue: "We have identified the root cause that is causing an increase in error rates and slowness in the systems and we are working to find a solution as soon as possible." Users worldwide, including in Israel, Europe, North America and Australia, reported problems accessing and using the popular chatbot since morning. The outage also affects the Sora video generation system, which has also experienced technical issues and reports of particularly high error rates.
