Members of the 'Commanders for Israel's Security' movement, which includes about 600 senior former commanders from the IDF, Shin Bet, Mossad and other security agencies, sent a strongly worded letter to Defense Minister Israel Katz calling for harsh measures against 'Jewish terror in the West Bank.' In their letter, they wrote that 'Jewish terror threatens to shatter the achievements of the recent campaign,' and demanded to define these offenses as terrorism in every sense, reinstate the use of administrative orders and assign the Shin Bet responsibility for investigating and thwarting these actions.
