Dozens of police officers, including Police Commissioner Superintendent General Danny Levi, arrived at the shooting scene in the Rishon Lezion dunes where a 14-year-old boy was critically wounded. District Commander Yair Chatzroni told ynet, "This is a tragic, very difficult incident. It appears to be an accident. I believe the picture will become clearer soon."
