The witness examination stage within the framework of the personal warning clarification in the State Commission of Inquiry into the Submarine Affair will begin on November 1. Among the witnesses summoned: Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, IDF Chief of Staff Maj. Gen. Eyal Zamir, Navy Commander Rear Adm. Eyal Haral, former Defense Minister Moshe (Bogie) Ya'alon and former President Reuven Rivlin. Netanyahu and Ya'alon are also among those involved who received a warning letter from the commission ahead of establishing personal conclusions regarding them.
