New York City Council member Zohran Mamdani celebrated the Democrats' victory in the midterm elections with a speech in which he attacked Israel and Vice President JD Vance. Mamdani said that 'voters revolted against politicians who spend their tax dollars on war crimes and genocide, instead of building schools and paving roads.' Mamdani also attacked Vice President JD Vance, who asked Americans to give the administration another two years to fulfill its promises: 'Working people can't afford to wait another two years to pay rent or buy groceries.'
