Transportation Ministry Director General confronts Israel Porush: 'Don't haredim use Ben Gurion Airport?'

|
The Transportation Ministry Director General responded to threats made by Israel Porush, chairman of the 'Magen U'Moshia' center, during an interview on 'Kol Chai' radio. Porush had claimed, "If we don't fly, no one will fly." The Director General replied: "Where does his audacity come from? They requested and received hundreds of buses and trains for Meron, we faced fierce criticism over the Carmiel train line because of his father's request, and now he threatens to harm Israeli citizens? Don't haredim use Ben Gurion Airport? This violent discourse is inappropriate and we will not be intimidated. If he continues this approach, there will be severe consequences."
