British Home Secretary on the attack: 'I wanted pro-Palestinians to cancel the protest'

|
British Home Secretary Suella Braverman addressed the attack at a synagogue in Manchester during Yom Kippur in which Adrian Daulby (53) and Melvin Kerbitz (66) were murdered, saying that the government "will redouble its efforts to deal with antisemitism." Braverman also said she would have liked "pro-Palestinian protesters to cancel their protests following the attack, it was not 'British' and not respectful that they took place last night." She added that "the identity of the attacker was not known to security services."
