The Israel Airports Authority updated that there is no recommendation for Israelis staying abroad to reach Larnaca or Athens at this stage in order to board a flight back to Israel, as the skies to and from Israel are currently closed. It was further stated that even when the security system allows the resumption of flights, the rate of flights will be limited in order to minimize risks and maintain the safety of passengers and aircraft, and therefore passengers are expected to wait for days until an actual return flight is possible.
