The prosecution submitted an indictment to the Lod District Court against Mahmoud Salem (25) from Akab village for committing an indecent act on a 12-year-old girl in the presence of her five-year-old sister. According to the indictment, Salem arrived at the building where the girl lives for work purposes. He noticed her climbing the stairs with her sister and followed her, grabbed her hand firmly and asked her to come with him to his vehicle. At some point, Salem asked her to examine his genitals. The girl instructed her sister to call for their father, and at this point Salem released her hand, went to a corner, undressed and called her to come, while she shouted for her father and fled to her home.
