The judges in Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's trial rejected the prosecution's request to prevent defense witnesses from testifying during Netanyahu's cross-examination by the prosecution. They ruled that the trial will continue with its current format of two days of Netanyahu's testimony and one day of defense witness testimony per week. This follows the declaration by Netanyahu's defense attorney Amit Hadad that during the Prime Minister's cross-examination, he will avoid any contact with him, including regarding the preparation of defense witnesses.
