Police arrested two motorcycle riders, a minor from Kadima and an adult from Kfar Yona, who were carrying a 'powerful explosive device' in Netanya about two weeks ago. According to police, officers spotted the two traveling on the Coastal Highway near the city and asked them to stop after they aroused suspicion. The riders fled while throwing a 'suspicious object' - which was located after searches and discovered to be an explosive device - and were arrested following a pursuit. The police prosecution unit filed a prosecutor's statement ahead of an upcoming indictment.
