Health Ministry: Ebola suspicion ruled out in young man who returned from Congo

The Health Ministry updated that the young man who was hospitalized with suspected Ebola tested negative for the virus in the second test as well. The young man, an Israeli citizen in his 20s, returned from Congo the day before yesterday and was hospitalized at Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv. He tested negative for the virus yesterday in his first test, and now the suspicion of the disease has been definitively ruled out. "As of now, no confirmed case of Ebola has been diagnosed in Israel," the Health Ministry reported.
