7 Impact Sites in Rishon Lezion, Woman Lightly Injured While in Secure Room

|
A woman in her 30s was lightly injured at one of 7 impact sites in Rishon Lezion while she was staying in a secure room together with her dog. This was reported by Magen David Adom (MDA), which added that she was evacuated to Shamir Medical Center (Assaf Harofeh) in Be'er Ya'akov. MDA emergency medical paramedic Sheldon Levin recounted: "We arrived at the scene with destruction, smoke and shattered glass. We conducted comprehensive searches, during which we located a woman who was inside the secure room during the missile strike together with her dog. She suffered from anxiety and only minor injuries. There is immense importance in staying in a protected space when a siren is heard. I don't want to imagine what would have happened if she had not been staying in the secure room. It is essential to follow Home Front Command instructions."
