Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu referred to his second meeting in less than 24 hours with U.S. President Donald Trump, saying: "Today I held another meeting with President Trump at the White House, and later a brief meeting with Vice President Pence." According to him, "We focused on efforts to release our hostages." Netanyahu added: "We are determined to achieve all our objectives: releasing all our hostages, eliminating Hamas's military and governing capabilities, and thereby ensuring Gaza no longer poses a threat to Israel. Opportunities are opening here to expand the circle of peace, to expand the Abraham Accords. We are working on this with full force."
