Eight U.S. states will advance legislation requiring the use of the name "Judea and Samaria" instead of "West Bank" in official state documents. This was agreed upon by lawmakers from legislatures in Utah, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, Idaho, Iowa, Oklahoma and Arkansas with Samaria Regional Council head Yossi Dagan, who promoted the law as part of an effort to persuade the Trump administration to support sovereignty in the region. "This is nothing less than a revolution. Our goal is to advance this law because it is historical justice, our mission is to continue this and bring sovereignty to Judea and Samaria," Dagan said.
