Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said regarding the riots in the Palestinian village near Nablus that 'a handful of rioters do not represent the law-abiding settler public in the West Bank, cause them immense injustice and interfere with our forces in carrying out their mission.' He added: 'I strongly condemn the violent riots last night in Samaria and the attacks on security forces who arrived at the scene to maintain law and order. I support the fighters who work to thwart terror and maintain security and call on enforcement authorities to prosecute the rioters to the fullest extent of the law.'
