The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment with the Tel Aviv District Court against Haim Yerushalmi, a 35-year-old Ramat Gan resident, for systematically committing serious sex crimes against a 14-year-old girl. According to the indictment, Yerushalmi communicated with the minor on WhatsApp, posing as a 15-year-old girl who needed the victim's help, and sent her messages with sexual content. About a year later, he posed as an acquaintance of the girl's mother, claiming he could help her. He invited her to his apartment, where he caused her to consume alcohol, raped her and committed sex crimes against her.
