A protest rally was held in Kibbutz Be'eri by the Eshkol Regional Council calling for the return of the hostages and an end to the war. Tami Baruch, mother of fallen hostage Sahar Baruch, spoke: "Without the terrible pogrom on October 7, we would have celebrated his brother Idan's birthday yesterday. In this very place, my father lit a torch in memory of all the murdered and killed, including his wife and two grandchildren. In this very place we remember everyone, the murdered and the hostages." Additionally, protests were reported at the Urim and Tzohar junctions, and a convoy departed from Sha'ar HaNegev to the Black Arrow monument.
