Iran is open to a nuclear agreement with the U.S. based on the concept of a consortium with Arab countries for uranium enrichment, provided it is located on Iranian territory, AXIOS reported, citing an Iranian official. "If the consortium operates within Iranian territory, it can be considered. If it's outside the country's borders, it is definitely doomed to failure," the senior Iranian official said.
