The United Arab Emirates is demanding the arrival of a cargo plane as early as today, alongside the rescue flight by Arkia Airlines, to collect the luggage of the Israelis stranded in Dubai. Only after a cargo plane takes off for Dubai will Arkia receive approval from the Emiratis to land in the country.
