Hagai Angrest, father of kidnapped soldier Matan Angrest, said during a discussion at the Committee on the Status of Women that he received additional testimonies about his son's condition. He said, "We received more shocking testimonies about Matan's condition. He lost consciousness and they woke him up with electric shocks. What has been published until now are mild testimonies." His brother Ophir added: "At these moments he is undergoing interrogations and being beaten. In the previous deal, they promised us that Matan would be released, they told us 'you can be calm, Matan is wounded, he will be released on the humanitarian list.' That's what the Prime Minister told us."
