Houthi spokesman Mohammed Abdul-Salam told Qatar's Al Jazeera television that the agreement to cease attacks between Yemen and the U.S. stipulates that 'we have the right to respond immediately to any aggression against us.' He added that 'we will continue targeting Israeli ships until aid enters Gaza. We cannot accept attacks without responding to them.'
