The Prosecution filed an indictment against Moshe Lachovitz, a 21-year-old Jerusalem resident, for contact with a foreign agent, passing information to the enemy and additional offenses in exchange for money. According to the indictment, Lachovitz made contact with an entity acting on behalf of Iranian intelligence who called himself 'Michael'. During exchanges between them, which also took place during Operation 'Iron Swords', the defendant was asked, among other things, to document various sites across the country.
