The Central District Court in Lod accepted the police appeal against the decision of the Magistrate Court President in the Central District, Judge Menachem Mizrahi, and determined that Tzachi Braverman, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's chief of staff, will be barred from the Prime Minister's Office until next Monday, January 26. Judge Yaakov Shpaser wrote in contrast to Mizrahi that there is corroborating evidence for former Netanyahu spokesman Eli Feldstein's version regarding the nighttime meeting with Braverman in the parking lot. "A review of the investigation materials shows not only the existence of Eli Feldstein's statements, but also corroboration for them, both from his own words and the data he provided, and from additional materials in the case file," he wrote.
