Negev resident indicted for sharing Hamas spokesman videos, describing terrorist acts as 'heroism'

The prosecution filed an indictment with the Beer Sheva Magistrate's Court against Musa Abu Ayada (19) from the Abu Rabia tribe in the Negev for incitement to terrorism and identifying with a terrorist organization. According to the indictment, Abu Ayada managed two public accounts on Instagram and TikTok social networks, where he published inciting content, words of praise and encouragement for terrorist acts, and content expressing support and identification with the Hamas terrorist organization. Among other things, the defendant shared speeches by Hamas spokesman "Abu Obeida" and described terrorist attacks as "acts of heroism." In addition, he shared a Hamas propaganda video showing four lookouts who were kidnapped on October 7 thanking the Al-Qassam Brigades.
