Indictment against Yosef Hadad for recklessness and negligence with weapon after firing during road confrontation

|
The prosecution has filed an indictment with the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court against public relations activist Yosef Hadad for recklessness and negligence with a weapon, after he fired from his vehicle during a confrontation with a scooter rider in Jaffa. According to the charges, an argument developed between Hadad, who was driving a car, and Ibrahim Shurfi, who was riding a scooter, after Shurfi overtook Hadad's vehicle. Fearing Shurfi, Hadad cocked his gun while shouting at him to leave the area. Shurfi spat toward Hadad through the car window and began driving away on the scooter. Hadad then fired toward the street.
