Carrefour food chain moving forward with Tel Aviv Stock Exchange IPO

|
France Israel Group, which operates the Carrefour food chain in Israel, has submitted a preliminary draft prospectus to the Israel Securities Authority, based on financial statements for the second quarter of 2026, as a preliminary step toward a possible IPO and listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The company is also considering a sale offering of some of its shares, against the backdrop of the anti-concentration law. This is only an early stage: the company clarifies that there is no certainty the IPO will be carried out, and if so, its scope, price or timing have not yet been determined. The move still requires approval from internal bodies, a permit from the Israel Securities Authority and approval from the stock exchange.
