According to the plea deal signed by former Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon in the fraud case involving the non-bank credit company Yonit Credit, Kahlon will receive a suspended prison sentence whose length will be determined by the court, along with a fine of 180,000 shekels. In addition, he will be barred from serving as an officer in a public company for a period of a year and a half. Kahlon will plead guilty and be convicted of reporting offenses under the Securities Law.
